Refund policy

90-day return period

You can request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. Products, including vacuum cleaners, must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging with all accessories. Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons are not eligible once the seal has been broken.

How to return an item

Email support@maxlager.shop with your order number before sending a return. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Pack the product carefully, include your order number and keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping when returning an unwanted item. For an approved defect or warranty claim, we provide a return shipping label at no cost.

Defective products

Contact support@maxlager.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or a video. If inspection finds no fault, a diagnostic fee and shipping costs may apply. We will confirm any applicable charges with you in advance.

Unclaimed packages

If an unclaimed package is returned to us, return shipping and handling charges may apply. Leaving a package unclaimed does not replace notifying us that you wish to return your order.
